Tonight I attended a vision board party at the
actors studio on 37th and 8th— a thoroughly New
York experience! It was led by a wonderful
teacher and author, Dr. Susan Shumsky
(http://www.divinerevelation.org/). She taught
us, among many things, brain gym, special
techniques to help align your thoughts with the
highest possible vibration. Some of us who
brought pre-created vision boards were
interviewed by the BetterTV.com crew. Then we
all delved into the wonderful art of pouring
through magazines, cutting out lacy ribbons,
decorating with glitter glue, stickers and
construction paper—it was a glorious time! I
encourage each of you to create your very own
vision board. Then, stick it on your wall and
watch your dreams and desires manifest into
physical reality. The bottom line is that it
makes you feel great to look at your vision
board, and once you are in alignment with
positive vibrational energy, your desires then
manifest with the greatest of ease. To quote
