Last night, I participated in the Fontanal bridal event
(see picture attached) displaying The
Daughter-in-Law Rules, trying to save hapless
young brides years of needless contention, and
giving away copies like cookies in a bakeshop.
Then, I overheard the woman and her daughter at
the booth next to mine, arguing about the price of
a teeny tiny hair comb they were selling. One
